This API also returns the listings that are used for income prediction, and their historical performance data (occupancy rate, daily rate, revenue etc). You will find that response in “listings” field. We acknolwedge that the response is very poorly documented! This’ll be improved in the API V2, which will be release by 15th July.

6 - Room type (can be [entire_home, private_room, shared_room, hotel_room])
7 - Property type (either -1 or condo, if -1 it means it’s a house type. it’s not a condo)

10 - Capacity (number of maximum guests)

12 - Minimum nights that guests need stay
13 - Number of listings owned by the host
14 - Cleaning fee in USD
15 - Extra guest fee per 1 extra guest in USD

17 - Available amenities in this listing
18 - Number of reviews
19 - Cancellation policy
20 - Is the listing pet friendly or not
21:32 - Monthly Average Daily Rate in USD (32 is the most recent month, 21 being the oldest month)
38:49 - Monthly Occupancy rate (49 is the most recent month, 38 being the oldest month)
50:61 - Monthly Revenue in USD (61 is the most recent month, 50 being the oldest month)
62 - number of active days in lat 365 days
64:75 - Monthly inactivity status in boolean (75 is the most recent month)
76:87 - Number of bookings received per month (87 is the most recent month)
88: Data quality score measured by Airbtics
89: Revenue potential annual (how much this property would earn in 1 year if this proeprty was available for renting 365 days)
90: does this listing have a STR license?
